You can duplicate as my times as you want on your personal machines and devices, but you can't share with others.
No. You can't resell our rigs under any means.
Yes you can. Paypal is our gateway and you can pay on the Paypal payment page with a credit card or a Paypal account.
You will need Autodesk Maya. For Ninja, Brawler, Liz, Harlow and Azula rigs we support version 2017 and above. All other rigs will require Maya 2020 and above.
Generally no we don't. We urge you to read the file information and specification before you purchase.

Yes. But the teacher must own the rig and by no means can the students use the rig. It is solely to aid presentation purposes. For school licenses please contact services@builtbycolossus.com prior to purchase.
There is plan to sell the system eventually, yes. We will be sure to let you know when it happens.
Yes all rigs come with texture maps and have UVs. The default rig will come with vertex colouring, so you will need to apply the textures on yourself.

Yes, but there is a commercial purchase fee for $150 USD.
This license is for creators wanting to make money using our rigs.

Typical shipping times are 2 to 5 business days within the US, and 10 to 30 business days everyone else in the world.
Yes!
We don't offer returns, but we do offer refunds or a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please also provide us with a clear photo of your issue so we can find the correct solution for you. If you opt for a free replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
We DON'T offer refunds on wrong sizes. colours or if you simply change your mind.
We offer free shipping to the US and Canada. Shipping to Australia is $12.50 ($4.99 per additional item) and to the rest of the world is 10$ ($4.00 per additional item).
Please reach out to us immediately. There is only a small window of time before products are printed and shipped, so once this time has expired there is no way to change your shipping address.
